Apprentice as an e-commerce clerk (m/f/d):

Your tasks:
Organize and monitor business, project and order-related processes Processing incoming and outgoing sales inboxes.
Communicating with colleagues and external business partners internationally.
Participate in increasing customer satisfaction by solving inquiries quickly and competently.
Support in invoicing and assistance in controlling.
Learning how to use e-commerce management tools in a targeted manner and applying this knowledge to project-oriented working methods.
Support in the design of user-friendly user interfaces.
Assistance with sales and marketing.
What skills should you have?
Successfully completed secondary school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification or general university entrance qualification.
Good knowledge of German and English desirable.
Confident and outgoing demeanor Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
Structured, sustainable and flexible working and organizational skills.
Confident handling of MS Office and PC skills High level of motivation and flexibility.
